Go Live Procedure
When you have finished your testing, Paystation needs to complete testing to ensure that the integration has been successfully implemented. To help with this, please contact us to supply:
- The URL for test payments.
- Any required login information.
- Product or order details that will ensure the total amount that gets submitted to Paystation comes to (after shipping costs and tax) $XX.00 and $XX.51 cent amounts. For example $10.00 and $10.51 ($XX.51 generates an insufficient funds result)
- A URL of your refund / returns policy information. The refund / returns policy should be on your checkout page. Check the Consumer Guarantees Act for ideas or contact us if you would like to be provided with examples of refund policies.
- An email from the Merchant requesting the account to be set in production mode. This information will speed up the process and get your Merchant's Paystation account live quickly.
