As a New Zealand company we are very proud to have been asked to support the telethon and the good work of KidsCan StandTall Charitable Trust by securely processing their credit card donations. We are ecstatic that all of our hard work has been well worth the effort.
For the KidsCan Telethon Paystation built:
- the call centre application
allowing staff to quickly and easily enter credit card donations over the phone - the web site donation system
so that the public could donate from their home computers over the website - an administration system for the two systems above for reporting and processing refunds
to make the reconciliation and faster easier at the end of the event - a system to supply the donation data for the on screen ticker
enabling 'Aunt Ethel from Wainui' to brag about donating $5.00
All the staff at Paystation are very happy that everything went according to plan with no technical hitches at all and there was $1,944,225 raised for KidsCan.
