The costs
The Paystation service is affordable, with a low set-up cost and a nominal per transaction charge.Paystation is aimed at merchants who do not want the hassle and expense of undertaking serious software development on their web site to enable payments, and our charging regime is simple too.
ASB CardPay, ANZ eGate, Westpac WIPS Pricing
- One-off setup fee $200
- Monthly account fee $10
- Monthly gateway currency fee $5. Each account has at least one Gateway Currency, and you can have more than one for additional websites or if you want to add Pago transactions (counts as a separate 'currency') to your website as well as credit cards. Additional foreign currencies will attract a $5 per month fee each.
- 150 free transactions each calendar month. If the 150 transactions are exceeded in any month, a per transaction charge of 10c will apply for the additional transactions.
- There will be a software license fee from the bank, and possibly an adjustment to the percentage Merchant Service Fee to cover the Paymark processing costs.
BNZ Securit-E Linked Gateway, ASB Linked Gateway and National Bank Buypoint Linked Gateway Pricing
- One-off setup fee $200
- Monthly account fee $20

- Overall, taking into account our fees and bank fees, Linked Gateway accounts are always cheaper.
All accounts
All accounts are on a casual contract. If the account is opened or closed in the middle of a month, you will be asked to pay for the entire month.
If you do happen to close an account and want to re-open it at a later time, there is a $50 reconnection fee.
The pricing above is in New Zealand Dollars and excludes GST. Volume discounts apply.
